20-minute inactivity timeout

Online services for business will automatically log you out after 20 minutes of inactivity.

To avoid losing your work, make sure you regularly save any information you are entering. If you are timed out, you can simply log in again.

Who can use Online Services for Business?

Online services for business is the default online service for:

  • Businesses
  • Not-for-profit organisations (NFPs)
  • Other organisations
  • Approved self-managed super fund (SMSF) auditors

Trustees of self-managed superannuation funds with an ABN can also use the service.
