Online services for business allows businesses and organisations to securely manage a range of ATO services online.
To access the service, you need to sign in using myID and have your myID linked to your business through Relationship Authorisation Manager (RAM).
How to log in to Online Services for Business
To access Online services for business, you will need to sign in using myID.
If you are using the service for the first time, you will need to:
- Set up your myID.
- Link your myID to your business through Relationship Authorisation Manager (RAM).
- Make sure you have the appropriate permissions through Access Manager.
The functions available to you will depend on the permissions assigned to your account through Access Manager.

20-minute inactivity timeout
Online services for business will automatically log you out after 20 minutes of inactivity.
To avoid losing your work, make sure you regularly save any information you are entering. If you are timed out, you can simply log in again.
Who can use Online Services for Business?
Online services for business is the default online service for:
- Businesses
- Not-for-profit organisations (NFPs)
- Other organisations
- Approved self-managed super fund (SMSF) auditors
Trustees of self-managed superannuation funds with an ABN can also use the service.
