Wise Tax Advisers was established in 2025 by Nitin Saby — widely known as the “Tax Surgeon.” After a distinguished 15+ year career at the Australian Taxation Office as Tax Director, followed by his role as Tax Principal at a Top 10 Australian Chartered Accounting firm, Nitin founded the practice to deliver a more specialised, agile and founder-focused advisory experience. His vision was to create a firm where deep technical expertise meets independence, practicality and true client alignment — without the constraints of traditional large-firm structures.

As Founder and Managing Partner, Nitin brings extensive experience across Australian taxation, business advisory, succession, and wealth structuring. He has worked with private businesses, high-net-worth family groups, professionals, and multinational corporate groups, helping them optimise tax outcomes and navigate complex commercial events. His work spans ATO audits and reviews, DPN management, objections, private ruling applications, business sales, restructures, and major life-cycle transitions. Nitin is also frequently engaged by accountants, finance professionals and law firms to advise on high-complexity tax matters requiring specialist insight.
